Kim Baker

President and CEO

Kim Baker brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare leadership. Prior to becoming President and CEO of Salus Global, she spent over a decade as Chief Executive Officer at Central Local Health Integration Network. During her tenure there she led transformative initiatives that changed how the healthcare system delivers its best quality of care for patients including, merging, and evolving one of the largest home healthcare organizations in Ontario. Most recently she led a Consulting practice working collaboratively with boards and leadership teams to ignite innovation, develop strategy, and foster creativity.

Education/Academic Credentials
Kim holds a Master of Health Sciences (Health Administration) from the University of Toronto, which complements her clinical training as a respiratory therapist, and a Chartered Director designation from the Degroote School of Business at McMaster University.

Hobbies/Interests
Kim enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter while being active outdoors. She enjoys fitness and the adventure of finding new trails for biking and hiking.

Heidi Ludwick

Vice President, Marketing & Communications

Heidi Ludwick

Vice President, Marketing & Communications

Heidi Ludwick brings over 15 years of healthcare marketing and communications experience to Salus Global and is known for blending operational proficiency with strategic insight. Prior to working with Salus Global, she spent almost 10 years in the Aesthetic Plastic Surgery division of Allergan in positions of increasing responsibility where she navigated product launches, key opinion leader activities and strategic communication challenges. Prior to that she held a variety of Strategic Consulting positions in Corporate communications and/or marketing.

Education/Academic Credentials
Heidi holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a Masters in Graphic Communications Management and Technology from New York University.

Hobbies/Interests
Heidi enjoys all things active and fitness and is a seasoned amateur runner with over 25 marathons and an equal number of half marathons behind her. She has a great passion for all things family and for travel.

Debi Sanderson

Vice President, Human Resources

Debi Sanderson

Vice President, Human Resources

Debi Sanderson is a strategic Human Resources professional with over 25 years' experience in virtually all aspects of HR in large and small organizations. She has been supporting Salus Global's HR needs since 2010, initially as a consultant and later as a part-time employee. Debi spent the first decade of her career with The TD Bank Financial Group, where she held increasingly senior positions within the Corporate Human Resources division during a period of intensive acquisition activity.

Debi holds a Master of Business Administration and an Honours in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University.

Hobbies/Interests
Debi spends her free time renovating and decorating her own home and any home she can get her hands on among her family and friends. She is hooked on HGTV and enjoys knitting, jigsaw puzzles, fitness and sharing time with loved ones.

Bart Stanley

Bart Stanley

Director, Operations and Technology

Bart Stanley brings over 30 years of experience managing information technology for large and small organizations in diverse industries. Prior to working with Salus Global, he spent 10 years at Sykes Canada expanding its assistance services and telehealth businesses. He comes with strong project management experience and an interest in lifelong learning.

Bart holds a Certificate in Management from Western University and a Honours Diploma in Computer Science and Analysis from Seneca College.

Hobbies/Interests
Bart enjoys spending time in his extensive gardens. When he’s not tending to his plants, he stay active walking his dog and enjoying fitness.

Rory Walker

Rory Walker

Vice President, Business Development

Rory brings over fifteen years of business development expertise to Salus Global. Previously he has held senior sales positions with Abbott Laboratories, and Pentax Medical. Rory brings years of diverse Canadian healthcare market experience and knowledge along with a customer-centric approach to his role.

Rory holds an Honours Bachelors of Arts degree in Applied Health Sciences from the University of Waterloo.

Hobbies/Interests
Rory is a ‘family man’ with fitness interests. When he is not playing with his three young daughters, you can find him in the pool training for competition on a National level.

Lisa Young

Lisa Young

Senior Vice President, Client Solutions

Lisa Young brings over 15 years of consulting experience helping teams across diverse industries and organizational environments to improve their collective performance and deliver tangible outcomes. Lisa blends deep expertise in change management facilitation and adult-based curriculum and instructional design with finely-honed innovative thinking to help develop teams of experts into expert teams.

Lisa is highly regarded for developing and facilitating immersive sessions, and initially came to Salus Global in 2018 as a measurement, assessment and facilitation consultant.

Education/Academic Credentials
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science, a Bachelor of Education, a Master of Arts (Education), and is completing a Doctorate of Philosophy (Education) at OISE/University of Toronto. Lisa is a published author and has presented at numerous conferences in the fields of adult education, online learning, eLearning management, and communities of practice.

Hobbies/Interests
Lisa and her family live on a horse farm with their many animals. She enjoys backcountry camping and canoeing with her family, especially in Algonquin Park.
